- Are your personal training services mobile - can you come to me?

Yes. We will come to your home, workplace or meet you at another suitable location (e.g. park, pool etc) Contact us to find out if we have a trainer in your area.
- Do you have a personal training studio?

Yes – our private studio is located at: 32A Balaclava St Woolloongabba Brisbane: It is equipped with weights and cardio equipment for a great all-round workout. It is fully air conditioned for year-round comfort and we have shower facilities for added convenience.
- Do I have to train at the same place or can I do outdoor, home, studio, etc?

Definitely. Variety is encouraged. The style of training can be quite different depending on location so don’t be afraid to mix things up.
- Are you qualified as a professional personal trainer?

Great question! This should be asked of any personal trainer. Yes, all of our trainers are fully qualified, meeting requirements for Registration as Fitness Trainers with Fitness Australia. They are also insured.
- How much does it cost?

Costs vary. Within our fee schedule we have a range of options from one-on-one to small group training. It also varies with session length and location of training. We offer several payment options.
- Are all of the sessions one hour?

Most clients prefer an hour session, but we can discuss other session lengths with you. At the studio we offer 30 minute sessions, in addition to 1 hour.
- Do I need my own equipment for the sessions when you come to me?

No. Your personal trainer carries a variety of gear for you to use.
- I have my own equipment, can we use that?

If you do have some equipment your trainer can advise you on getting the best use from it. You might use it with the trainer during sessions as well as on your own between sessions.
- I want to buy some equipment, can you help me choose?

Yes. Your personal trainer can help you choose the right equipment to help you achieve your goals.
- I want to lose weight. Can you help?

Yes! Many of our clients have great success with fat loss. Apart from setting out your exercise routine, we can assist you with nutrition matters and help you make appropriate food choices for your activity level.
- How often should I see my personal trainer?

This is a very individual choice, depending on your needs, goals and budget. On average, our clients work with their trainers between one and three times per week. Some clients require a program to do on their own, with a trainer visiting less often to monitor progress and update the program. After discussing your goals with you, your trainer can help you decide on the frequency of sessions needed.
