Pilates teaches a unique method of body control and conditioning stretching, while improving flexibility and balance. The goal of Pilates is to improve core stability and posture.


Yoga creates an essential balance by combining breath control, energetic flowing motion and static muscular contractions. Designed to build strength, flexibility and mental focus.

Cardio Circuit

A self paced free style cardio training classed infused with resistance techniques and boxing. Great for any level of fitness.


Is held at Kangaroo Point Cliffs. Bootcamp is a type of outdoor group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with TRX and using the Kangaroo Point stairs… Have fun!!!
