Pilates

Pilates teaches a unique method of body control and conditioning stretching,
while improving flexibility and balance. The goal of Pilates is to improve
core stability and posture.

Yoga

  • Thursday – 6:30pm
  • Saturday – 4:00pm

Yoga creates an essential balance by combining breath control, energetic
flowing motion and static muscular contractions. Designed to build strength,
flexibility and mental focus.

Cardio Circuit

  • Monday – 6:30pm

A self paced free style cardio training classed infused with resistance
techniques and boxing. Great for any level of fitness.

Bootcamp

  • Thursday – 5:30am

Is held at Kangaroo Point Cliffs. Bootcamp is a type of outdoor group exercise
class that mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with TRX
and using the Kangaroo Point stairs… Have fun!!!
